Here’s how you can submit the registration forms:
• Online forms
• Mail to 9764 Lincoln Ave, Clive, IA 50325
• Scan and email to iowadeafbaseball@gmail.com
• Hand them to Dylan Heuer in person. Text 515-771-4407 to set up an appointment.

Once your paperwork is complete, please notify us to confirm your registration. Your prompt communication helps maintain our first-come, first-serve basis.
